CALGARY - David Rittich is expected to get the start this evening when the Flames host the Panthers at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
The Czech netminder has a 4-3-1 record with 2.84 GAA and a .909 save percentage this season. Rittich has two wins in his last three starts, stopping a combined 72 saves on the 78 shots he faced in those games.
After missing the last two games due to injury, Sam Bennett is expected to be back in the lineup tonight. In nine games this season, the 23-year-old has one goal and two points.
