Ducks Select Lacombe with 39th Overall Pick in 2019 NHL Draft

VANCOUVER -- With the 39th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft, the Ducks select defenseman Jackson Lacombe from Shattuck St. Mary's (High-MN). Lacombe (1/9/01), was named to the 2018-19 USHS All-USA Hockey First Team after earning 89 points (22g/67a) in 54 games with Shattuck St. Mary's last season.

A native of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Lacombe represented the United States at the 2018 Hlinka Gretzky Cup, appearing in five games.
Lacombe is committed to the University of Minnesota for the fall and says he models his game after defenseman Shea Theodore.
