The first 500 fans to pre-sign-up to donate a toy will receive a Ducks surprise holiday gift in exchange for their toy donation. Each Ducks bag will include TCL headphones, a Chick-Fil-A digital offer card good for a free chicken sandwich, and a Wahoo's gift card as well as a surprise gift selected from a variety of classic Ducks giveaways, merchandise, memorabilia, Anaheim Ducks Team Store items or a JT Schmid's gift card. to donate and will have a designated time to drop by Honda Center on Saturday, Dec. 12 to deliver their toy and pick up their Ducks gift. The donated toys will benefit the Spark of Love Toy Drive goal to support underserved children and teens in Orange County.
For over 17 years, the Ducks have supported the Spark of Love Toy Drive from fan donations at Ducks home games prior to the Christmas holiday. The Lady Ducks (wives and significant others of Ducks players, coaches, broadcasters and management) collected toys, books and games (new and unwrapped) to benefit the Spark of Love Toy Drive with the Anaheim Fire Department and ABC7. The Helpful Honda Guys in Blue have also been long-time supporters of Spark of Love, donating thousands of toys to families in need. This year, the toy drive was reimagined into a new format to allow for fans to partake in a safe, physical distanced setup.
