The Devils are hosting more than two hours of live programming on the first night of the 2020 NHL Draft with a Virtual Draft Party presented by Investors Bank.
In addition to many player, alumni and staff guests, Devils fans can enjoy the presence of New Jersey native and actor, comedian and comic book writer, Kevin Smith. Smith recently joined Matt Loughlin and Martin Brodeur to discuss the upcoming Virtual Draft Party, along with other fun topics.

When asked about being a part of the Draft on Tuesday, Smith said it's very cool. Born in Red Bank but raised in Highlands, Smith has Jersey close to his heart. And so partnering with New Jersey's team is exciting.
"Absolutely looking forward to it an absolute honor," he said."This is what sits on my desk, a Devils Zamboni. This of course is always nearby.. It's always sitting right here because Jersey is so close to my heart. People asked me for years why I always wore hockey jerseys all the time. And I was like that way, no matter where I am in the world, I could always be i'n Jersey.' People like that."

. Members of the "Black and Red" and Investors Bank Devils Checking Account Holders will enjoy a 30-minute Exclusive Pre-Show with Devils' defenseman Damon Severson and newly named Assistant Coach Mark Recchi at 6:45 p.m. ET, prior to the 7:30 p.m. ET start for the general public.
