Are preseason games included in my Black and Red Membership?

Yes, all three preseason games are included in your Black and Red Membership. These tickets will be automatically added to your Devils Account.

Does my Black and Red Membership Package include access to the 2024 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series game vs. Philadelphia on Saturday, February 17?

The New Jersey Devils will host the Philadelphia Flyers on February 17, 2024, at MetLife Stadium. Devils Black and Red Members will receive priority access to purchase tickets during a select presale period. As this will serve as a Devils home game, Devils Full Season Black and Red Members will have the option of receiving an account credit or balance deduction from your 2023-24 Devils Membership equal to the value of the missed regular season game.

How will I receive my tickets for the 2023-24 season?

All tickets, including Devils Black and Red Membership tickets, are available on your mobile device with the NJ Devils + Prudential Center App powered by Verizon the official app of the New Jersey Devils.

Our ticket scanners are equipped to simply scan the tickets on your phone, so you never have to worry about leaving your tickets at home! It's recommended to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in advance for seamless entry.

What is the Devils Buyback Program?

The Devils Buyback Program allows you to return tickets for up to eight Devils home games for credit that can be used for the 2024-25 Devils Black and Red Membership Renewal.

What is the Devils Ticket Swap Program?

The Devils Ticket Swap Program allows you to exchange tickets from a game you cannot attend to another game in the season. As a Devils Black and Red Member, you have unlimited swaps for additional tickets to other games. Games can be swapped for games within the same tier or lower, or upgrade and pay the difference.

What is the Devils Black and Red Rewards Program?

The Black and Red Rewards Program is a new Member Benefit for this season. This interactive platform allows you to earn member points 365 days a year. Earn points through daily check-ins, answering trivia during stoppages in play at Devils home games and other ways throughout the year. Redeem points for merch, autographs, additional tickets and more!

What is Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange?

Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster is an online marketplace where Devils Black and Red Members can post their certified Devils tickets for sale. Track your tickets through your online Devils Account, decide how much you'd like to post your tickets for and whether you'd like the money deposited into your bank account or stored as a credit on your Devils account.

Devils account credit can be used towards additional Devils tickets or your Black and Red Membership renewal.

How do I access my 20% Devils Den Team Store discount?

To receive your 20% discount at Devils Den Team Store locations at Prudential Center, simply show your mobile ticket with your membership location or show your Devils Membership Credential which is available within the NJ Devils + Prudential Center App powered by Verizon. Simply tap on Profile to find your Membership Credential.

You can also use your 20% discount online at the official Devils Den Curbside Pickup Shop - devilsdenshop.com. To redeem your discount, sign in to your Devils Account. You will then be directed to the Devils Den Mobile Shop and your exclusive discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

What is the current bag policy?

The bag policy at Prudential Center has been updated for the 2022-23 season. Permitted bag size has increased to 12"x14" from 4"x7" previously. Larger bags, including backpacks, are not permitted, with the exception of childcare or medical bags.

What is auto-renewal?

As a 2023-24 Black and Red Member, you are enrolled in the auto-renewal program which is designed to simplify the process of retaining your Black and Red Membership for the 2024-25 NHL season.

Your Black and Red Membership functions just like an Amazon Prime or Netflix subscription in that each season (typically January/February) you will receive your personal Black and Red Membership Portal where you can view your Devils Membership invoice and benefits for the following season. It makes renewing your seats transparent and easy!

If you plan to retain your Black and Red Membership for the following season, while nothing further is required, you can use your Personal Black and Red Membership Portal to select your Membership Incentives and update information such as your preferred payment plan length and payment method. It is also here, if you so choose, that you can opt out of auto-renewing your Black and Red Membership for the 2023-24 Devils season. Members who do not opt-out will be auto-renewed for the following season. All communication will be provided via email.

How do I customize my membership and select my renewal perks?

All members are provided their Personal Black and Red Membership Portal via email to select your Membership Incentives for the 2024-25 Devils season. This email should be provided in January or February 2024.

Can I add additional seats or relocate my seat location for the 2023-24 Devils season?

Yes, simply call or email your Devils Member Services Account Manager or email us at [email protected]. As an existing Black and Red Member, you have special access to the best new seat locations available!
