Rem Pitlick assigned to Laval Rocket

The forward was recalled by the Canadiens on Wednesday

BROSSARD -- The Canadiens announced on Friday that forward Rem Pitlick was assigned to the AHL's Laval Rocket.

Pitlick, 25, was placed on waivers on November 7. The Canadiens then recalled him from their affiliate on Wednesday.
Pitlick made the trip to Columbus, but didn't face the Blue Jackets on Thursday night.
The forward has played seven games with Montreal this season.
He agreed to terms on two-year contract extension with the Canadiens on July 16.
