Molson Hall of Fan

MONTREAL - It's no secret that Montreal Canadiens fans are the best fans in all of hockey.

It's evident in the atmosphere at Habs games at the Bell Centre, on Montreal streets full of Canadiens car flags, and in fan caves across the country - to say nothing of the legions of fans who go out of their way to see their team on the road and cheer them on.
Well, Molson Export is paying tribute to those fans with the creation of the Molson Hall of Fan, a shrine that will celebrate their passion and commitment right inside the Bell Centre. It's now time to reveal the 2022 Molson Hall of Fan inductees: Sunil Peetush, Maïka Parisien, and Thommy Boudreau!
Winners will have their names featured on a banner displayed in the Molson Ex Zone and experience the official induction ceremony surrounded by friends, family and Habs Alumni! Following this once in a lifetime experience the inductees will enjoy the game from a suite where they will be celebrated in-game surrounded by fellow Canadiens fans!
Let's learn a bit about what makes our inductees amazing fans:
Sunil "Mr. Habscave" Peetush
A first-generation Canadian whose parents immigrated from India, Sunil fell in love with hockey while growing up in a Montreal suburb, explaining how hockey was a great equalizer that brought people of all backgrounds together. He channeled his inner Patrick Roy playing goalie on the ice and in street hockey, and thinks back to the 1986 and 1993 Stanley Cup parades as life "highlights." Nowadays, with a lifetime's collection of Habs memorabilia to display, Sunil is the proud owner of the
@Habscave
Instagram account where he shows off all sorts of Canadiens artifacts and, of course, his beloved Habscave. Sunil has passed his love and passion for the Habs on to his wife and kids, and is a true Canadiens superfan.

Maïka Parisien
The Montreal Canadiens have always been a part of Maïka's life which started her lifelong passion! In fact, the original source of her love of the bleu-blanc-rouge is her dad, who set the foundation for her family of Canadiens fans. Maïka makes sure to watch every Canadiens game and keep in communication with her family on any updates including analysis on the players - they also exchange Canadiens gifts for special occasions! Hockey is in Maïka's DNA, and she can't help but keep an eye on everything Habs. What a beautiful family tradition indeed.

Thommy Boudreau
Hailing from Anticosti Island, Thommy learned to love the Canadiens thanks to his grandfather, with whom he watched games as a young boy. Thommy realized how much the Canadiens meant to him and so many people, especially when he saw how his family would split off into two different camps every time the Habs and Nordiques faced off. Until joining the Canadian Armed Forces when he was 23, Thommy never missed a Habs game, even if it meant sitting in a car on stormy evenings to listen on the radio when the electricity went out at home. When his wife took him to his first-ever game at the Bell Centre when he was 26, Thommy could not help but burst into tears when Michel Lacroix started the evening with his signature "Accueillons nos Canadiens!" We imagine Thommy will be just as emotional - if not more - when he sees his name in the Molson Hall of Fan.
