The Canadiens forward, who was playing in his first-ever tournament as a member of the Swedish senior side, logged 16:32 of ice time in the victory and registered one shot on goal.
De la Rose played in all 10 games during his country's undefeated championship run, collecting one goal and one assist along the way. He also posted a plus-2 differential.
It marked the second straight World Hockey Championship for the Swedes.
Earlier in the day, goaltender Charlie Lindgren claimed a bronze medal as the Americans downed Canada by a score of 4-1.
Lindgren wasn't in uniform against the Canadians. He didn't appear in any games for Team USA, but did suit up for one contest during the preliminary round as a backup.
