The 18-year-old winger enjoyed a remarkable season with many notable accomplishments.
Slafkovsky earned Most Valuable Player honors at the 2022 Beijing Olympics in February after scoring a tournament-best seven goals in seven games and helping Slovakia secure a historic bronze medal.
The Olympic All-Star finished tied for the tournament lead with seven points, too.
Slafkovsky was also a standout at the 2022 IIHF World Championship in May where he led the squad in scoring with nine points (3 goals, 6 assists) in eight appearances.
The Kosice native also added a silver medal from the 2021 Hlinka Gretzky Cup to his mantle over the last 12 months, and a Liiga silver medal with TPS Turku as well.
