ST. LOUIS - The St. Louis Blues announced today they will turn the lights blue on both Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre in support of the #LightItBlue campaign.

The initiative, which originated in the United Kingdom, calls for buildings, bridges and landmarks with the capability to turn their lights blue as a show of gratitude to those health care professionals and essential workers caring for people on the front lines.
Starting April 9 and for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, the lights at Enterprise Center will change to blue from 8 to 10:30 p.m., while the lights at Stifel Theatre will switch to blue all night.
The lighting of buildings will aim to coincide with a round of #ClapBecauseWeCare, an initiative that features communities all clapping from their homes, windows and balconies at the same time. The Blues are also encouraging fans to get involved by creating their own blue-themed images or videos and sharing them online using the hashtags #MakeItBlue, #LightItBlue, #stayathome and #AllTogetherNow.
