The St. Louis Blues find themselves in a must-win situation on Wednesday night in Game 5 against the Colorado Avalanche (7 p.m. CT, TNT, 101 ESPN).
With a 3-1 series deficit, Blues Head Coach Craig Berube is expected to make a handful of lineup changes in hopes of creating a spark and rallying his club.

In Wednesday's morning skate, Berube reunited some familiar line combinations, putting Brandon Saad back with Ryan O'Reilly and David Perron, while also reuniting Pavel Buchnevich, Robert Thomas and Vladimir Tarasenko.
Nathan Walker was skating on the fourth line on Wednesday and will be making his first appearance since Game 2 of the Blues' first-round series against Minnesota.
Marco Scandella will be back in on defense for the first time since Game 4 in the first round, a game in which he recorded under two minutes of ice-time due to the re-aggravation of a lower-body injury.
Scandella's return means the Blues will shift to the standard 12 forwards and six defensemen, which would likely keep Scott Perunovich and Calle Rosen out of the lineup based on Wednesday's practice.
Ville Husso will start in goal.
