Welcome home Ohio Army National Guard Sgt. Leonard Burke.

His return is one that will likely never be forgotten by his wife, three children or anyone at Nationwide Arena.

Sgt. Burke surprised his family with his return from an 11-month stint at Camp Beuhring, Kuwait, during a timeout during the Blue Jackets' game Thursday night vs. Carolina on Military Appreciation Night.

See the highlights for yourself as the Reynoldsburg resident arrived home.

He's spent nearly the past year with Company B, 638th Aviation Support Battalion at Camp Beuhring. We along with the 5th Line thank Sgt. Burke for his service and are happy he's back in central Ohio.
