Girls Night Out! Bring your friends and join the Columbus Blue Jackets for Hockey For Her at Nationwide Arena. Hockey For Her, presented by Meyers Jewelers, is a platform designed distinctly for female fans from beginners to more serious enthusiasts, offering insights on all aspects of the game of hockey. Throughout the 2021-22 season, the Blue Jackets will host five events giving participants unique experiences to expand their understanding of the game, what goes on behind the scenes, and the skills used on the ice.

Starting with the Saturday, October 9th home game against Pittsburgh, each session will be 90-minutes in length and take place prior to the start of the home game on the designated date. One session will include a watch party during an away game with a question-and-answer opportunity.
"We've seen a great deal of enthusiasm for our annual Hockey For Her event and are excited to expand it into a series of events this season, allowing us to cover more topics and provide multiple opportunities for women to participate throughout the season," said Blue Jackets Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Kathryn Dobbs. "Whether you are a long-time fan or new to the game, Hockey For Her will provide a deeper level of understanding and connection to hockey and our team."
Attendees will get an inside look at the Blue Jackets organization while learning more about the sport of hockey. Each session will include opportunities to learn and interact members of the Blue Jackets, such as alumni, broadcasters, Blue Jackets front office staff, NHL officials, and more.
