The Chicago Blackhawks will launch "Top Shelf," a new cooking and mixology video series in partnership with local restaurants and global beverage leader Diageo, on Thursday, May 21, as part of the One Community campaign's Eat.Drink.Local. initiative, which provides a roundup of Official Blackhawks Bars and restaurant partners offering to-go options and other ways to support the severely-impacted local foodservice industry.

"Top Shelf," hosted by Blackhawks alumnus Adam Burish, will feature Blackhawks players and alumni as they learn to make perfectly paired meals from top local chefs and mixologists. The first episode, which will air on the Blackhawks.com, as well as the Blackhawks Facebook and YouTube channels at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, will see defenseman Brent Seabrook join Frontier Executive Chef & James Beard Award semifinalist Brian Jupiter and Ketel One mixologist Kate Hassen.
