Forward has logged one assist in five games with the Blackhawks this season

The Chicago Blackhawks today announced that the team has assigned forward Dominic Toninato to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.

Toninato, 31, has logged one assist in five games with the Blackhawks during the 2025-26 campaign. He has also recorded 17 points (5G, 12A) in 25 games with the IceHogs this season.

The Blackhawks play the Washington Capitals tonight at Capital One Arena at 7:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. CT. The game can be seen on CHSN and heard on WGN Radio.
