After finishing with a record of 26-49-7, the Chicago Blackhawks receive their odds for this year's NHL Draft Lottery that will take place at the NHL Network studio in Secaucus, N.J. The lottery will determine the selection order for the first 16 overall picks.

The Blackhawks have a 11.5 percent chance of receiving the first overall pick in this year's draft, following behind the Columbus Blue Jackets with 13.5 percent and the Anaheim Ducks with an 18.5 percent chance.

The odds for the remaining teams will increase on a proportionate basis for the second lottery draw based on which club wins the first draw.
The 2023 NHL Draft Lottery will air on Monday, May 8 at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN for the U.S. as well as Sportsnet and TVA Sports in Canada.
The first round of the 2023 NHL Draft will take place on Wednesday, June 28 at Bridgestone Arena, home to the Nashville Predators, and rounds 2-7 will follow on Thursday, June 29.
