The Stars are finishing up a stretch of seven games in seven different cities and didn't play their best game on Tuesday at Tampa (a 5-4 overtime loss).
So, coach Pete DeBoer is going to shuffle a few things up.

Scott Wedgewood will get the start in net over Jake Oettinger and Joel Hanley will come in on defense for Colin Miller. The insertion of the left-handed Hanley for the right-handed Miller will force some changes on defense, but DeBoer said he believes his team can handle them.
"I'm looking for a little bit of a bounce back from everybody here," DeBoer said. "We got a point in Tampa, but I didn't love our game individually or collectively."

DeBoer on Dellandrea's unique skillset

Wedgewood jumped in for four games when Oettinger was sidelined by a lower body injury. Oettinger has played the past three games, but DeBoer said this is a good spot to rest him and get him ready for the long homestand.
"Otter is coming off of an injury and we wanted to get him a couple of starts," DeBoer said. "We've got a big homestand coming and Wedgy has played really well for us."
Wedgewood has been a back for his NHL career, so he understands the process of being ready to start after sitting for three games.
"Any time you get to play, it's obviously fun, so I have no issues with that," Wedgewood said. "We've all got to step up in situations and you just have to play your game and trust yourself and let the team play around you and let the game come to you."

Wedgewood on playing skilled teams

DeBoer said he likes what he has seen from Wedgewood this season.
"That's why he's really good at what he does," DeBoer said. "He prepares himself and doesn't bother him. Those guys have a different mental mindset than true starters and it allows them to be ready and come in and give us a real good game when we need it."
The same goes for Hanley, who has played three games this season and was last in the lineup against the Rangers.
"I want to get Hanley in," DeBoer said. "As good as he is at sitting there watching and then jumping in, you can't go too long without a game. We're at the end of a road trip here and some fresh legs in the lineup doesn't hurt."
The other big news is Mason Marchment is returning to the place where he had a breakout season last year. He said he's looking forward to playing against old teammates and having some fun in this game.
"I'll be chirping a little," Marchment said with a smile about the potential for gamesmanship. "I'll be hearing it from Monty (Brandon Montour) for sure, Lombo (Ryan Lomberg), we'll see, Barky (Aleksander Barkov), he might give me a little something. We'll see."
