Dahlen, 21, currently leads the Allsvenskan in goals (four) and is tied for first in total points (11). After only five games played in the season thus far, Dahlen has now registered four goals, helping elevate Timrå IK to first place overall.
The five-foot-eleven, 180-pound left winger from Ostersund, Sweden was selected by Ottawa in the second round (42nd overall) of the 2016 NHL draft. After being traded to Vancouver in 2017, San Jose received Dahlen in exchange for Linus Karlsson on February 25, 2019. During the 2018-2019 campaign, he split the season with Vancouver's AHL affiliate, the Utica Comets, and San Jose (AHL), recording four points (4a) in seven games played with the Barracuda.
