Sabres 24-25 - Rob Ray HOF Night - VB - Ceremony Start - URL Removed - Pin Removed

Join us for a special night at KeyBank Center when Rob Ray becomes the 44th member of the Buffalo Sabres Hall of Fame during a pregame ceremony ahead of our game against the Nashville Predators this Friday, Jan. 31.

The induction ceremony will feature tributes to Rayzor’s career and appearances from his fellow Sabres Hall of Famers. Doors open at 5 p.m. and fans are strongly encouraged to be in their seats by 6 p.m. for the start of the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 6:05.

Along with the ceremony, the night will include alumni appearances, Rayzor-themed giveaways, photo opportunities in the concourse, and more.

Black and Red Friday

The Sabres will be wearing their black-and-red third jerseys, the same uniform Rayzor wore during the second half of his career. The jerseys, which will feature a commemorative Hall of Fame patch, will be auctioned off starting at puck drop. Fans can visit Sabres.com/Auctions to place their bids.

Stop by the Blue Zone before the ceremony for a Black and Red Friday happy hour.

Alumni meet and greet

Two of Rayzor’s former teammates, Gord Donnelly and Ken Sutton, will meet fans and sign autographs alongside Sabres Hall of Famer Danny Gare in the Blue Zone during the first intermission.

King Clancy Memorial Trophy

Fans can take photos with the King Clancy Memorial Trophy on the 100-Level concourse. Rayzor became the first Sabres player to win the award in 1999, given annually "to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution in his community."

Additional photo opportunities on the 100 Level include a custom border printout station and an Alpha-Lit display.

Doug Allen sings the anthem

In an evening full of nostalgia, former Sabres anthem singer Doug Allen will make a return for the night to sing both the American and Canadian national anthems.
