The Buffalo Sabres will host their annual Hockey Fights Cancer game in partnership with Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center on Saturday, November 12.
Buffalo will take on the Boston Bruins at 7 p.m. at KeyBank Center. Tickets are on sale now.
The first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a special Sabres Hockey Fights Cancer-themed scarf.
As part of an NHL-wide initiative to raise money and awareness for cancer research, the Sabres will be hosting events throughout the month of November in support of local cancer patients and their charitable organizations.

To commemorate the night, all Sabres players will wear white Hockey Fights Cancer themed jerseys with lavender accents, and use sticks with lavender tape during warmups.

An online auction featuring unique Sabres autographed merchandise and experiences is now live at Sabres.com/Auctions.
Fans can currently bid on a Hockey Fights Cancer warmup jersey that they can then honor someone who is battling or has battled cancer by having that person's name placed on the back of the jersey for that player to wear during warm-ups on November 12. The auction closes on November 6 at 9 p.m.
Other items will be available for bidding from November 12 until November 20.
To show their support for those in the fight and kick off the auctions, Casey Mittelstadt, Jacob Bryson and Casey Fitzgerald will have their heads shaved by pediatric patients from Roswell after practice on November 1 in the KeyBank Center pavilion.
On November 12, the Sabres will walk a purple carpet into the arena with 10 Roswell Park patients.
Fans attending the game will have an opportunity to participate in the Autographed Mini-Helmet Surprise sale. For a $50 donation to the Sabres Foundation, fans will receive a Sabres Hockey Fights Cancer autographed mini helmet. Net proceeds will benefit Roswell Park.
Fans at home will also have the ability to purchase these Hockey Fights Cancer mini helmets. Details will be made available throughout the evening during the Sabres' game broadcast on MSG. Only 1,000 mini helmets will be available for sale.
All proceeds from the sale will be donated to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Wives and girlfriends of Sabres players will be on hand to assist with the sale.
Sabres coaches and broadcasters will wear commemorative Hockey Fights Cancer ribbons and pins, and there will be a ceremonial puck drop before the game, so fans are strongly encouraged to be in their seats early.
Throughout the concourse fans will be able to pick up and fill out a "I Fight For" placard, which will be held up at a designated time during the second period. There will also photo opportunities with alpha lit letters, balloons and a photo booth. Fans at home can print out their own placards here.
Roswell will also have a Celebrate Life Village set up on the 100 level.
The 50/50 pot total that night is also a guaranteed $25,000 and proceeds will benefit Roswell Park.
