Sabres recall Rousek from Amerks

Forward tallied 2 points in NHL debut last month

The Buffalo Sabres have recalled forward Lukas Rousek from the Rochester Americans, the team announced Thursday.
The Sabres play their final home game of the season Thursday night against the Ottawa Senators and conclude the season Friday at Columbus.

Rousek, 23, tallied a goal and an assist in his NHL debut against Montreal on March 27. He returned to Rochester the following day and tallied six assists over the next five games, during which the Amerks clinched a playoff berth for the fourth straight season.
Rousek leads the Rochester Americans in assists (40) and points (55) in 68 games.
