From a Makers Market featuring women-owned businesses to live entertainment and special in-game moments, the night highlights the impact women have across every part of our game.

Jackie Fisher is a creative leader and graphic designer from Huntsville, Alabama. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design from Auburn University. She has called Nashville home since she joined the Nashville Predators organization in 2013. As a lifelong hockey fan and art enthusiast, she is grateful to lead the talented Creative Services Team that brings the visual identity of Smashville to life.
A Nashville native, Courtney Mitchell is a creative and environmental designer who turned her lifelong passion for the Predators into a career. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Graphic Design, Courtney officially joined the Nashville Predators creative team in 2021, bringing her local roots and design expertise to the heart of Smashville.
AMEND Together – empowered by the Nashville Predators, is a primary prevention initiative of YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee dedicated to ending violence against women and girls by engaging men and boys to change the culture that supports violence.

The Sports Bra Project increases access to sports for women and girls by removing barriers to participation. We provide sports bras to athletes who don’t have access to such a basic piece of equipment.
Our mission is to educate and empower young girls and women to utilize their creative talents to enhance their lives and the world around them.
Play Like a Girl programs leverage the transferable skills middle school girls gain from sport to give them a competitive edge in the classroom and, ultimately, propel them into competitive, male-dominated careers in STEM as young women.
Advancing Women in Nashville is a membership organization dedicated to supporting women leaders in large employer organizations.
