The Nashville Predators are committed to the growth of women and girls hockey. The Preds Girls Hockey presented by Cat Financial program continues to grow at the Ford Ice Center Antioch & Bellevue. Girls of all ages (4-17 years old) will be able to participate in programming created specifically for girls in partnership with the Nashville Predators and the NHL/NHLPA Industry Growth Fund. As of 2023, Preds Women's Hockey presented by Cat Financial started at Ford Ice Center Bellevue and Women's Learn to Play is also available for new adult athletes.

YWCA of Nashville & Middle Tennessee is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. The Nashville Predators made a $1,000,000 commitment ($100,000 over ten years) to the YWCA to come up with a solution for domestic violence in Nashville and Middle TN - and AMEND was born. AMEND Together is an initiative dedicated to ending violence against women & girls by engaging men & boys to be a part of the solution. AMEND Together empowered by the Nashville Predators is now a program within twenty-five Metro Nashville schools.
