Zegras with Rohrbach split

If you thought Trevor Zegras's “Michigan”-style goal on Saturday was cool, wait until you hear about what came next.

After scoring the impressive goal against the Seattle Kraken, the Anaheim Ducks forward sent a text to Quincy Rohrbach, a young fan battling cancer, to dedicate the goal to her.

Rohrback posted a screenshot of the text on her Instagram story.

Zegras met Rohrbach at a team practice last week, where the young fan got to skate with the team. Zegras, her favorite player, even gifted her a signed stick and a hat after the skate. She also got to go to a Ducks game.

Rohrbach is part of the Morgan Adams Foundation, which raises funds for children’s cancer research as well as helping to raise awareness to the disease.
