Cousins siren Golden Knights

Kirk Cousins likes hyping up his new city.

The Las Vegas Raiders quarterback cranked the siren before Game 5 of the Western Conference Second Round between the Vegas Golden Knights and Anaheim Ducks at T-Mobile Arena on Tuesday.

In a video posted by the team, Cousins sported a custom Golden Knights jersey as he enthusiastically sounded the siren.

Before his siren duties, the veteran quarterback made a special video message for fans.

“I’m here for my first-ever Golden Knights game in person,” Cousins said in a social media video. “We got Stanley Cup playoffs Game 5 tonight against the Anaheim Ducks. We gotta get a win. Let’s go.”

In April, Cousins signed a five-year contract with the Raiders. The four-time Pro Bowler is entering his 15th NFL season.

Cousins expressed his excitement about moving to Las Vegas at his introductory press conference.

“It just feels like a real privilege to be here (Las Vegas),” Cousins said in an article posted by the Raiders. “…I just think it's a beautiful place to live, beautiful place to be and it's a great opportunity."
