Forwards

Mathew Barzal, New York Islanders
The 23-year-old center scored 60 points (19 goals, 41 assists) in 68 games last season and 17 points (five goals, 12 assists) in 22 postseason games. Barzal, who won the Calder Trophy voted as NHL rookie of the year in 2017-18, has scored 207 points (59 goals, 148 assists) in 234 regular-season games and 24 points (seven goals, 17 assists) in 30 playoff games.

Anthony Cirelli, Tampa Bay Lightning
The 23-year-old center had NHL career-highs in assists (28) and points (44) in 68 games and scored nine points (three goals, six assists) in 25 playoff games to help the Lightning win the Stanley Cup. He has scored 94 points (40 goals, 54 assists) in 168 regular-season games and 14 points (six goals, eight assists) in 46 playoff games.
Pierre-Luc Dubois, Columbus Blue Jackets
The 22-year-old center scored 49 points (18 goals, 31 assists) in 70 games and 10 points (four goals, six assists) in 10 playoff games. Dubois has scored 158 points (65 goals, 93 assists) in 234 regular-season games and 19 points (eight goals, 11 assists) in 26 playoff games.
Dylan Strome, Chicago Blackhawks
The 23-year-old center scored 38 points (12 goals, 26 assists) in 58 games and three points (two goals, one assist) in nine playoff games. Strome has scored 105 points (36 goals, 69 assists) in 164 regular-season games with the Blackhawks and Arizona Coyotes.

Defensemen

Ethan Bear, Edmonton Oilers
The 23-year-old scored 21 points (five goals, 16 assists) in 71 games and no points in four playoff games. Bear has scored 25 points (six goals, 19 assists) in 89 regular-season games.
Vince Dunn, St. Louis Blues
The 24-year-old scored 23 points (nine goals, 14 assists) in 71 games and had three assists in nine playoff games. Dunn has scored 82 points (26 goals, 56 assists) in 224 regular-season games and 11 points (two goals, nine assists) in 29 playoff games. He won the Stanley Cup with St. Louis in 2019.

Goalies

Mackenzie Blackwood, New Jersey Devils
The 24-year-old led NHL rookies in wins and was 22-14-8 with a 2.77 goals-against average, .915 save percentage and three shutouts in 47 games (43 starts). Blackwood is 32-24-8 with a 2.72 GAA, .916 save percentage and five shutouts in 70 games (64 starts).
Sam Montembeault, Florida Panthers
The 24-year-old was 5-5-1 with a 3.34 GAA and .890 save percentage in 14 games (nine starts) as a rookie. Montembeault is 9-8-3 with a 3.20 GAA and .892 save percentage in 25 games (19 starts).
