Team Canada won the World Cup of Hockey on Thursday night in Toronto via a dramatic 2-1 decision opposite Team Europe in Game 2 of the best-of-three final.

Brad Marchand broke the deadlock with just 44 seconds left in the third period, and down a man. The Bruins winger took advantage of a nice pass from Jonathan Toews to beat Jaroslav Halak.
Patrice Bergeron had tied things up moments earlier on the power play, with 2:53 to go.

Carey Price World Cup of Hockey

Carey Price was solid all night, making 32 saves, many of which were spectacular in the final frame. The Habs goaltender finished his tournament with four wins in as many games, a 0.954 save percentage, and a 1.50 goals against average.
Shea Weber meanwhile was Canada's second-most utilized defenseman (20:57), firing four shots on goal and dishing out three hits. He finished his tournament with a plus-3 differential and 12 shots on goal over four games.
