8 p.m. ET; NBCSN, NHL.TV

Pietrangelo, injured blocking a shot in a 6-1 win at the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday, was placed on injured reserve. Bouwmeester, who missed 21 games at the start of the season with a fractured left ankle, has an undisclosed injury.
The Blues, seeking what would be their season-long fifth straight victory, already are without forward Jaden Schwartz, who will miss a minimum of six weeks with a right ankle injury.
The Lightning, also in search of their fifth consecutive win, begin a four-game road trip.

Players to watch

Lightning goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy is 5-2-0 with 14 goals allowed and one shutout in his past seven starts. He has held opponents to two goals or fewer five times during that stretch.
Blues center Brayden Schenn has seven points (six goals, one assist) in a four-game point streak, and has scored a goal in four consecutive games.

They said it

"There's a reason why they're number one in the West, because they have a good team and they've got depth, and any time you've got a good goaltender back there, it's tough." -- Lightning coach Jon Cooper on the Blues
"Injuries are part of the game. What do you do? You find a way to step up and make sure the guys that are in the lineup are ready to go, and you find a way to dig in and play your team game a little bit better." -- Blues coach Mike Yeo
