The Buffalo Sabres are all about a little friendly competition, so on Sunday, forwards Jeff Skinner and Anders Bjork went head-to-head in a game of Operation.

This wasn't any old board game matchup. Skinner had to play -- using the tweezers and "operating" on the board, trying to retrieve all the patients ailments without getting buzzed -- wearing defenseman Henri Jokiharju's gloves.
"I think for surgeons, they have to go to school for 15 years," Skinner said. "And we don't have to go to school for 15 years."

A gloveless Bjork took a quick lead, successfully removing four ailments.
"Maybe you should be a surgeon," Skinner joked.
The two shared laughs about the wrench stuck in the patients foot and what they seemed to think were "calf implants."
At the end of the game, Bjork's hand proved steadier.
"I like that I was a winner, obviously," Bjork said. "I'd like to thank the game makers for making Skinny wear a glove and my parents for blessing me with steady hands."
