Simone Biles hockey game

Simone Biles knows a thing or two about going for gold.

The seven-time Olympic gold medalist attended Team USA’s quarterfinal matchup against Team Sweden at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 on Wednesday.

Biles waved an American flag as she cheered on the U.S. with her husband, Jonathan Owens, and a friend in the Santagiulia Arena stands.

On her Instagram story, Biles shared pictures from her seats and a group selfie.

The gymnast also posted a video on her story and wrote, “I could not keep up with the puck, this sport moves soooo quick."

During the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, Biles became the most decorated U.S. Olympic gymnast of all time when she took home four medals (three gold, one silver) to bring her total Olympic medal count to 11.

Biles watched the United States defeat Sweden 2-1 in overtime after defenseman Quinn Hughes scored the game winner to advance the team to the semifinals.

The U.S. will continue their hunt for their first gold medal since 1980 on Friday, when they face Team Slovakia (3:10 p.m. ET; Peacock, NBC, ICI Tele, CBC Gem, CBC [JIP], TSN [JIP], RDS2).
