Lemieux, Penguins celebrate Father's Day with Cup

The Pittsburgh Penguins had some Father's Day fun with the Stanley Cup over the weekend, one week after winning it for the fourth time in franchise history.

The Penguins surprised co-owner/chairman Mario Lemieux with the Cup while the Hockey Hall of Fame member played a round of golf with his son, Austin, assistant coach Rick Tocchet and retired NHL forward Jay Caufield at The Club at Nevillewood in Presto, Pa., on Sunday.

Defenseman Ian Cole shared the Cup with his father, and even let him drink his morning cup of Joe out of it.

Hours later, the Cup made its way to the Penguins practice facility in Cranberry, Pa., to surprise some youth hockey players and their parents.

Lucky Pittsburgh dads spent time with the Cup at brunch, at a sporting goods store and by the pool.

On Saturday, forward Chris Kunitz shared the Cup with some of his neighbors, including Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Arthur Moats.
