Stolarz, who made 33 saves in relief of Calvin Pickard in a 6-0 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday, last started an NHL game on April 9, 2017 when he made 32 saves in a 4-3 shootout loss to the Carolina Hurricanes.
The Flyers, who are 1-4-1 in their past six games and have been outscored 22-12 in that span, will play their first game since Ron Hextall was fired as general manager on Monday.
