Philadelphia Flyers

Ryan Ellis is week to week after he was injured during a 5-2 loss at the Dallas Stars on Saturday.
The defenseman had an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in 18:45 after missing nine games with a lower-body injury.
"We're going to investigate the problem, continue to investigate," Flyers coach Alain Vigneault said Monday. "There's definitely some issues there and hopefully we can get him back in the near future.
"I was made aware of it yesterday. I'm not sure when he discussed it with our medical crew."

Dallas Stars

Goalie Braden Holtby remains day to day with a lower-body injury.
"He'll be out for a couple of days," Stars coach Rick Bowness said. "We're hoping to put him back on the ice Wednesday or Thursday."
Tyler Seguin left practice early, but the forward is expected to play against the Detroit Red Wings at American Airlines Center on Tuesday (8:30 p.m. ESPN+, HULU, NHL LIVE).
"Just a little lower-body thing that we're trying to watch a little closer," Bowness said. "We were off yesterday, so he went out there to test it and he should be fine tomorrow night, just don't aggravate it in practice. But he had to skate today because he didn't skate yesterday."
Anton Khudobin did not practice because of a non-COVID-19 illness but is expected to start against the Red Wings. He made 31 saves to help Dallas win for the first time in regulation this season when they defeated the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday. -- Taylor Baird

Arizona Coyotes

Johan Larsson was placed in NHL COVID-19 protocol.
The forward has five assists in 15 games this season for the Coyotes, who are 1-13-1 and visit the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday (8 p.m. ET; BSMW, BSAZ, ESPN+, NHL LIVE).
Forwards Hudson Fasching, Jan Jenik and Ben McCartney were recalled from Tucson of the American Hockey League. Forwards Christian Fischer and Dmitrij Jaskin were placed on injured reserve.

St. Louis Blues

Scott Perunovich was recalled from Springfield of the American Hockey League on Monday.
The 23-year-old defenseman won the 2020 Hobey Baker Award, given to the top player in NCAA men's hockey, and helped University of Minnesota Duluth win consecutive NCAA championships in 2018 and 2019. He was chosen in the second round (No. 45) of the 2018 NHL Draft and has scored 20 points (two goals, 18 assists) in 12 games for Springfield, tied for the AHL lead with Ontario forward Martin Frk.
The Blues assigned goalie Joel Hofer, forward Dakota Joshua and defenseman Calle Rosen to Springfield.
