GAMING AND HOCKEY BACKGROUND

What is your favorite NHL video game ever and why?

NHL 10, first hockey video game I played for more than a few hours in total, it was my first experience with EASHL which quickly became my favorite game mode within any video game.

Who was your childhood hockey idol and why?

Patrice Bergeron, it took me a while to get into hockey as a kid, and when I did Bergeron had just entered the league. It's been incredible to grow up watching him play for the Bruins.

What is your most memorable hockey moment and why?

2013 Leafs vs. Bruins Game 7, I had concert tickets the night of the game and decided to watch the game over going to see my favorite artist (Lights), it seemed like it was a terrible decision, until it wasn't.

My gamer tag is Nuge because:

It's been my nickname since I was 10.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU …

My favorite team/player is: Boston Bruins/Patrice Bergeron

The first hockey video game I ever played was: Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey

If I could play EA SPORTS™ NHL® 18 vs. one real-life player, I'd pick: Brad Marchand, he'd be a great trash talker.

My go-to breakaway move in EA SPORTS™ NHL® 18 is: Missing the net

My favorite non-NHL video game is: Counter Strike: Global Offensive

One thing people don't usually know about me is: I grew up playing just about every sport other than hockey. Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Golf, Lacrosse, but never played organized hockey.

My favorite snack while gaming is: Pretzels

My superstition/what brings me luck is: I like to sing (quietly) whatever music I'm listening to to calm down and keep my mind focused on the game.

The weirdest thing that happened to me while gaming is: When I was 19 I was home for summer break gaming in my basement when a bat swooped down and hit the side of my face, I've never run out of a room so fast.
