DET@PIT: Walman wins it in OT for the Red Wings

Jake Walman put on his dancing skates for an epic overtime celebration.

The defenseman performed the viral "Griddy" dance after scoring to complete the Detroit Red Wings' 5-4 comeback victory against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday.
Walman alternated tapping his skates while swinging his arms back and forth.

The dance is a popular celebration among NFL players after scoring a touchdown. Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson brought the viral dance to the NFL in 2020.
Time will tell if Walman just started the NHL's next celebration trend.
