Humboldt Broncos defenseman Ryan Straschnitzki paid a visit to the Philadelphia Flyers three years ago as part of his rehabilitation following the deadly bus crash involving him and his teammates.

On Saturday, the
Flyers returned the favor
when they were in Calgary to play the Flames.
Straschnitzki even had a gift ready for Philadelphia captain Claude Giroux. He signed a sled hockey stick for Giroux with a message that read, "To Claude, Thanks for the continued support! All the best this season! Your pal, Straz."
In June 2018, Straschnitzki and his family visited Flyers Development Camp while he was in Philadelphia for rehabilitation at Shriner's Hospital for Children. During that visit, he was also an honored guest of the Flyers Alumni at their golf tournament and rode in a limousine to the reception where he sat at the VIP table with Bob Clarke and Paul Holmgren.
This time, Straschnitzki got to take pictures with the current Flyers closer to home in Alberta.
