Spongebob

For one game, Indiana Farmers Coliseum was transformed into Bikini Bottom.
If, of course, Bikini Bottom had frozen over and its two most famous inhabitants, SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star faced off in a game of hockey.

The Indy Fuel and Cincinnati Cyclones wore some of the most colorful uniforms in the history of the ECHL as part of the Fuel's "Nickelodeon Night."
The in-game entertainment featured things like clips from "Legends of the Hidden Temple" and other nostalgic shows from the well-known kids network. But the main attraction was the jerseys.
The Fuel were dressed up like SpongeBob with yellow sweaters made up to look like the face of the cartoon character and complete with short brown pants and blue and red striped socks.

The Cyclones had all pink jerseys and Patrick's trademark neon green shorts.

No matter how many times you look, it is still funny to see SpongeBob playing against Patrick. It made for some interesting still pictures shared by the Fuel's official Twitter account.

By the way, if you are interested, SpongeBob beat Patrick 5-2.
