How does one commemorate officiating a 1,500th career NHL game?

How about with the signature of every player that played in it.
NHL referee Kevin Pollock
officiated his 1,500th career game
on Saturday when the Boston Bruins visited the Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Arena.
Before the game, Sabres defenseman Rasmus Dahlin and Bruins captain Patrice Bergeron met with Pollock to present him with the unique gift.

The jersey featured Pollock's name on the back and "1500" as the jersey number. Members of both teams signed their respective jerseys.
