WATCH A BRUINS ALUMNI GAME: On Saturday, January 26 the Bruins Alumni will be visiting the Graf Rink in Newburyport for a game against the Newburyport Clippers Alumni. Puck drop is set for 4:00 p.m., and the game benefits Newburyport Youth Hockey. Tickets are $25 for adults and children and are available at the door. Expected in the line-up are Terry O'Reilly, Andy Brickley and Bob Beers.
On Sunday, January 27 the Bruins Alumni will be in New Hampshire for a game benefitting the Crotched Mountain Foundation at the Sullivan Arena at St. Anselm College in Goffstown. The game is set for 2:00 p.m., and tickets are available in advance for $10 or at the door for $15. Reserved seating is also available for $40. Andrew Raycroft, Terry O'Reilly and Rick Middleton are expected in the line-up.
FIRST RESPONDER CHALLENGE: The third annual BFit First Responder Challenge powered by National Grid will take place Sunday, January 27, 2019 at TD Garden, starting at 9:00 a.m. This one-of-a-kind event invites first responders from all over New England to participate in a course throughout TD Garden. The event takes place to raise awareness around health and wellness of first responders and to support The Hundred Club, Inc., a charity that supports the families of police officers and firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty. All proceeds of the BFit First Responder Challenge will be donated to The Hundred Club. BLOOD DRIVE: The Bruins will host their Annual Bruins Blood Drive with the American Red Cross on Sunday, January 27 from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at TD Garden. INNAUGURAL B&G COLLECTION BY THE BRUINS WIVES: The inaugural b&g Collection by the Bruins Wives is now available for purchase at the Proshop on Level 2 of TD Garden. The first edition of the b&g Collection was conceptualized by Stephanie Bergeron and Melanie Krug and consists of stylish and functional Bruins themed apparel and accessories geared towards women. Bergeron and Krug spent time hand-selecting and designing each piece in the collection specifically for the stylish Bruins fan who loves representing the Black & Gold. 2019 PUCKS & PUPS CALENDAR: The 2019 Pucks & Pups calendar is on sale now at the Proshop on Level 2 of TD Garden. All proceeds from the calendar will benefit the Boston Bruins Foundation and MSPCA-Angell. This is the fourth year of the Pucks and Pups calendar since its debut in 2015. This year's calendar features Bruins players Patrice Bergeron, Zdeno Chara, Brad Marchand, David Pastrnak and more, alongside Special Olympics Massachusetts athletes as part of the Bruins Foundation's B Inclusive initiative. The calendar features Bruins players with their family pets or new friends waiting for homes at the MSPCA-Angell. The photos were taken at Warrior Ice Arena as well as outside in some of Boston's landmark neighborhoods. The retail price of the calendar is $20. Since the calendar's inception, it has raised a total of $350,000 for the Boston Bruins Foundation.
