Snow made its debut in some places across the United States on Sunday, and Columbus Blue Jackets forward Brandon Saad made sure to celebrate the first snowfall in central Ohio by playing catch with his dog.

Saad scored in Columbus' 6-2 win against the New York Islanders on Saturday, the Blue Jackets' sixth straight win, but he is also known as a skilled passer. He has 110 assists in 312 NHL games and 14 in 26 games this season for Columbus. But the catch is the most impressive part, particularly with the dog tethered, since snowballs have a tendency to come apart in the mouths of dogs.
It was great play all around from the Saads.
