TV: 3 p.m. ET; FS-W, TSN3, NHL.TV
Season series: The Anaheim Ducks defeated the Winnipeg Jets 4-1 at Honda Center on Jan. 3. Defenseman Kevin Bieksa and forward Rickard Rakell each had a goal and an assist. The teams play again in Anaheim on April 5.

Ducks team scope: Goaltender John Gibson will start; he was scheduled to play Friday against the Boston Bruins but couldn't start because of the flu, and Frederik Andersen made 38 saves in a 4-0 victory. Anaheim begins a five-game Canadian road trip after going 2-1-0 on a three-game homestand. "It's always a difficult place to play," defenseman Cam Fowler said of Winnipeg, according to the Ducks website. "They play with a lot of energy. It's an important trip for us." Defenseman Sami Vatanen (upper body) has missed the past four games. Forward Corey Perry has a three-game point streak (one goal, two assists), and forward Jamie McGinn has scored in each of his past two games.
Jets team scope: Winnipeg has lost eight of its past 11 games and 14 of its past 18 home games. Forward Matt Halischuk (flu) missed practice Saturday, according to the Jets website. "He's part of the team flu program that we're running," coach Paul Maurice said. Several players have battled the flu in the past week. Maurice has not confirmed a starting goaltender; Ondrej Pavelec has started three of the past four games, including a 4-0 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks on Friday in the opener of a four-game homestand. The power play is 1-for-25 in the past eight games. Forwards Scott Kosmachuk and Nic Petan remain on emergency recall.
