After factoring on the scoresheet in all of Tampa Bay's games last week, Victor Hedman's point streak currently sits at five games.

On Monday against the Islanders, Hedman assisted on goals from Anthony Cirelli and Steven Stamkos. In the final minute of the first period, he picked up the secondary assist on Cirelli's goal and set up Steven Stamkos for a one-timed blast on the power play in the third.
Another pair of helpers followed from Hedman as the Bolts downed the Flyers in a shootout in Philadelphia on Thursday.

NJD@TBL: Hedman crashes net and scores

Hedman scored his lone goal of the week in a loss to New Jersey on Saturday. On a cycle play, Hedman snuck down to the left circle unmarked, gathered a cross-ice feed from Boris Katchouk and snapped a well-placed wrist shot past Mackenzie Blackwood to put the Bolts up by a pair in the second period.
Hedman added the primary assist on Cirelli's power play goal in the first period of Sunday's win over the Wild to round out the week.
Hedman is now tied for second on the team with 17 points this season. Those 17 points also rank tied for second-most in the NHL among defensemen.
