Goaltender Joey Daccord and defenseman Dennis Cholowski will practice with the Kraken Monday morning before the team's departure for Vancouver and a Tuesday matchup with the division-rival Canucks.
Both players traveled to Seattle Sunday after helping the American Hockey League Charlotte Checkers win the Atlantic Division, earning a first-round bye.

Daccord made 21 saves in a critical Friday night road win over Hartford with Cholowski earning the primary assist on the winning goal. It was the 11th game in his last 15 starts that Daccord has allowed two or fewer goals. He finished the AHL regular season with a 19-11-2 record and a save percentage of .925, the latter stat ranking No. 2 among all AHL goaltenders.
Cholowski logged top-four minutes in Charlotte's 2-1 division-clinching victory at Providence Saturday. He recorded three goals and 15 assists in 31 games with Charlotte since being re-acquired on waivers from the Washington Capitals.
The Checkers entered the weekend with the possibility of finishing first, second or third in the Atlantic Division. Winning at the AHL level, in this case on a split roster of players from the Kraken and Florida Panthers organizations, is a highly desired element of player development in the NHL. Prospects and developing pros learn how to win and frequently advance together as teammates to the next level.
Kraken developing pro Alexander True led the Checkers in scoring with 18 goals and 24 assists in 60 games. True appeared in eight games with the Kraken this season.
Daccord has started three games for the Kraken and appeared in relief once. Cholowski played in seven games with Washington, notching one assist.
