ISKHAKOV RETURNS TO ACTION:

GOLYSHEV HAS THREE-POINT WEEK:

Anatoly Golyshev recorded three assists in two games last week, helping Avtomobilist to a pair of wins. The Islanders' 2016 fourth-round pick was in on both goals in Avtomobilist's 2-1 OT win over Spartak on Sunday, setting up the OT winner.
Golyshev has 15 points (9G, 6A) in 18 games to start the season.

JENKINS AND WILDE PLAYING WITH SPIRIT:

Blade Jenkins and Bode Wilde are both off to strong starts with the Saginaw Spirit. Wilde, the Isles 2018 second-round pick (41st overall) has recorded 13 points (3G, 10A) in 10 games, while Jenkins, the Isles 2018 fifth-rounder (134th overall) has 10 points (2G, 8A) to start the year.
Jenkins is in his second season with the Spirit, but Canadian junior hockey is new territory for Wilde, who previously played in the US National Team Development Program. Sportsnet recently featured Wilde's first year in junior.
