Flames prospect Adam Ruzicka has been acquired by Sudbury as the Wolves prepare to push for an OHL playoff spot.
"We have added a highly skilled player who just returned from the World Juniors," Rob Papineau, Sudbury's VP Hockey Operations and General Manager, told the team's website. "Adam's proven offence in the Ontario Hockey League was exactly what we were looking in adding to our roster. The 6'4", 203lbs. centre will bring experience and offence to our powerplay. We are excited for him to join our team as we head into the playoff stretch."
Ruzicka, Calgary's fourth-round pick in 2017, has scored 11 goals and 37 points in 35 games with the Sarnia Sting this year. In 159 career games with Sarnia, the Slovak forward has scored 72 goals and 155 points.

Sudbury currently sits second in the OHL's Central Division with a 21-14-3 record and 45 points, trailing division-leading Niagara by seven points.
