Notes ahead of tonight's Flames vs. Stars game at the Scotiabank Saddledome

DATE WITH DALLAS

Tonight's game is the third contest between the Flames and Stars this year. The Flames have a 1-1-0 record in the season series and Johnny Gaudreau leads all Flames with four points against the Stars this year. In their last 10 games against the Stars at the Scotiabank Saddledome, the Flames have a 5-3-2 record. Prior to the 4-2 loss in November, the Flames were winners of four of their past five games against Dallas on home ice.

Matt Stajan hit the 400-point mark on Wednesday with an assist on Alex Chiasson's goal against the Boston Bruins.
