The Ducks have reassigned left wing Ondrej Kase to the San Diego Gulls, Anaheim's primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Kase, 21 (11/8/95), made his NHL playoff debut in Game 1 of the First Round on Apr. 13 vs. Calgary, going scoreless on two shots. In 53 regular-season games with the Ducks, Kase earned 5-10=15 points with 18 penalty minutes (PIM). He made his NHL debut on Nov. 2 vs. Pittsburgh and scored his first career NHL goal and game-winning goal on Dec. 1 in Vancouver.
Selected by Anaheim in the seventh round (205th overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft, Kase has recorded 13-11=24 points with 10 PIM in 38 career AHL games with San Diego, including 5-5=10 points and a +12 rating in 13 contests this season. The 6-0, 180-pound forward has also appeared in nine career Calder Cup Playoff games, earning 1-3=4 points with the Gulls.
