The New Jersey Devils will continue their live EA Sports NHL 20 season simulation on Thursday with a big twist. The team will celebrate a simulated Fan Appreciation Night presented by M&M's as they take the ice for their last virtual home game of the season, playing host to the Buffalo Sabres at 7 pm ET.
Throughout the day and during the stream of the computer-simulated matchup, the Devils will be celebrating their Black & Red Members and their entire fanbase with promotions and giveaways on social media.
Black & Red Members should look to their email for details on member-only promotions and giveaways. One lucky Black & Red Member won an opportunity to be built into the stream as a player, which will be revealed on social media at noon.
Before the game, there will be multiple chances to win an autographed Devils item on Twitter and Instagram. The Devils will also provide their fans with a special merchandise offer on social media.
In the first intermission, the Devils will engage fans with a digital t-shirt toss on Twitter, presented by Calandra's Bakery.
In the second intermission, fans will be given an opportunity to win a prize pack, courtesy of the Devils and M&M's.
Select Black & Red Members will be recognized within the game broadcast. Devils Radio Play-by-Play Announcer Matt Loughlin will have the call.
