Corey Schueneman assigned to Rocket

Schueneman played four games for the Canadiens before returning to Laval

MONTREAL -- The Canadiens assigned defenseman Corey Schueneman to the AHL's Laval Rocket on Saturday night.

Schueneman, 27, was previously recalled from Laval on Feb. 18 when Arber Xhekaj was placed on injured reserve.
The American blueliner played four games with Montreal during his stay with the team and collected one assist.
Schueneman has 18 points (5 goals, 13 assists) in 43 games with Laval this season.
