MONTREAL - The Canadiens announced the team's slate of event nights for the 2023-24 season on Monday, giving fans a preview of what's to come at the Bell Centre beginning this fall.

From giveaway nights to celebrations of Montreal's diverse communities and more, there's something for everyone on the Habs schedule this year.

Check out the full list of event nights and a selection of highlights from the calendar below. Then keep reading for details on how to get first dibs on tickets.

Home opener
Oct. 14 vs. CHI

What better date to get the club's 114th season underway than October... 14! The official return of Habs hockey is always the hottest ticket in town, and this year is no different. Plus, with an Original Six date against the Blackhawks to kick off the home season comes a potential first opportunity to see 2023 top pick Connor Bedard in NHL threads. Off the ice, expect celebs, special guests, and a pre-game ceremony to remember. Make sure you're able to say, "I was there" when the newest Habs hit the Bell Centre ice for the first time.

Molson Concert Series
Oct. 26 vs. CBJ, Nov. 16 vs. VGK, Mar. 28 vs. PHI, Apr. 4 vs. TBL

Dinner and a show is cool, but hockey and a show is even cooler. See for yourself when local favorites rock out on stage pregame at Canadiens Plaza during this season's four Concert Series nights, presented by Molson. Last year's acts included Matt Lang fresh off his appearance at LASSO 2022, and OSHEAGA 2023 main stage performer Alicia Moffet. Plus, the vibes continue postgame with outdoor DJ sets and more in the Plaza. This year's lineup is still to be announced, but the dates should already be in your social schedule.

Halloween Night presented by Haribo
Oct. 28 vs. WPG

No tricks here*, Halloween Night at the Bell Centre will be all treats with a slew of spooktacular surprises available for all the bleu-blanc-rouge ghouls and goblins in attendance courtesy of Haribo. Arrive early and on-theme to take part in some pre-game trick-or-treating and inflatable activations in Canadiens Plaza before heading inside to continue Monster Mashing alongside other costumed Canadiens fans.

Cause Nights
Nov. 11 vs. BOS, Nov. 12 vs. VAN, Jan. 15 vs. COL, Jan. 23 vs. OTT, Feb. 17 vs. WSH, Feb. 21 vs. BUF, Mar. 14 vs. BOS, Mar. 30 vs. CAR

Hockey can be more than a game, and the Canadiens take that to heart while highlighting both social causes and Montreal communities on eight occasions this season. Beginning with Military Appreciation Night on Nov. 11, and followed by Hockey Fights Cancer Night (Nov. 12), Pride Night (Jan. 15), Hockey Talks Night (Jan. 23), Celebrating Hockey Night (Feb. 17), Black History Night (Feb. 21), RadioTéléDON Night (Mar. 14), and Indigenous Celebration Night (Mar. 30), the team will continue to be active in the community, celebrate the city's changemakers, and work towards making hockey accessible to everyone.

Mascot Party
Nov. 30 vs. FLA

It's a BYOLB* kind of night when Youppi! returns with a new gang of furry friends for the 2023-24 Mascot Party on Nov. 30. Fans will have a chance to snap selfies with mascots from around the League - and even some from other major pro sports - as they roam the concourse throughout the evening. Legend has it that fur (and popcorn) is still being cleaned up from last year's edition of the event featuring Mick E. Moose, Slapshot, NJ Devil, and Chicago Bulls mascot Benny the Bull.

Bobblehead Nights presented by RONA
Dec. 4 vs. SEA, Jan. 11 vs. SJS, Feb. 27 vs. ARI, Mar. 12 vs. CBJ

Calling all collectors! Last year's bobbleheads were hot commodities and once again this season these collectibles won't be available to buy in-store. The only way to get your hands on one is to be among the first 8,000 people to arrive for the team's four Bobblehead Nights presented by RONA. Any guesses as to who the four players featured this year will be?

Anniversary Game
Dec. 4 vs. SEA

Help the Habs ring in the big 1-1-4 in style against the youngest team in the League, when the Kraken come to town during a birthday bash to remember. Of course, any good b-day party includes gifts and in this case 8,000 of them will be doled out to those in attendance as part of a feted first Bobblehead Night of the season. Be sure to arrive early (and ready to party)!

Christmas at the Bell Centre presented by Lafleur
Dec. 16 vs NYI

Tickets to the Canadiens' annual Christmas contest are sure to be on every wish list this holiday season. The Habs will be looking to go full-Grinch on the Islanders during the last home game of 2023, but there will be plenty of Yuletide fun for revelers off the ice. Surprises are in store for fans who have been "Nice" this year, and you can bet St. Nick has been keeping tabs (no, not that Nick). And don't forget, the best way to spread festive cheer is by chanting Go Habs Go loud for all to hear!

Family Weekend
Feb. 10 vs. DAL, Feb. 11 vs. STL

Catch the big games ahead of the big game. A family-friendly tradition during Super Bowl weekend since 2011, the Habs' back-to-back matinees are back this year. The spotlight will be on the next generation of fans as youngsters take over the Bell Centre, including in-game entertainment and more, not to mention a pair of start times that are sure to please even fans with the earliest of bedtimes.
